Job description
Generalist operations role building organizational systems, financial processes, and people operations for a global health nonprofit.
- Lead finance, HR, compliance, and SOP development across US and country offices in Angola and Philippines.
- Provide chief-of-staff support: capacity planning, team coordination, meeting preparation, and operational follow-up.
- Arrange logistics, research, and administrative support to maximize program staff productivity.
- Requires bachelor's degree, C1 English proficiency, and expert-level Google Suite skills.
- Preferred: 2+ years operations or management consulting experience and familiarity with antenatal care systems.
