Head of Manufacturing Relocation

Recruit and support manufacturers from Asia and Turkey to establish export production operations in Africa.
- Identify manufacturers with expansion opportunities and build business cases for African relocation based on labour, power, logistics, and trade access.
- Connect manufacturers to export processing zones, industrial parks, and governments; manage licensing, incentives, and local partnerships through market entry.
- Deploy concessional capital strategically to de-risk investments or tip decisions toward Africa; build cost-effectiveness analyses for each deployment.
- Requires senior operating experience in international manufacturing or FDI deals, plus strong Africa experience ideally with governments or industrial parks.
- Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred; 5–25 years experience with P&L or capital accountability essential.
