How a gig works

  1. Pick a gig. Each one lists its deliverables, definition of done, scoring rubric and budget before you apply.
  2. Do a paid trial. The employer funds a small trial (at least $50) before you start. You see the full brief once it is funded.
  3. Continue on the full project. If the trial meets the rubric, the employer can hire you for the rest of the work.

Clear scope
Specific deliverables, a definition of done and a rubric for review.
Fixed limits
An hours cap and a due date for the trial, set before you start.
Reviewed organizations
Our team checks each organization, or its gig, before anything is published.
