People Operations Partner

Build talent acquisition and people operations for a mission-driven health-tech nonprofit serving underserved communities globally.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles; partner with hiring managers on strategy and candidate experience.
- Support performance management, onboarding, employee transitions, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
- Manage HR records, HRIS, payroll, leave administration, and office operations to ensure process excellence.
- Requires MBA in HR plus 4.5–7 years combining talent acquisition and HR business partnering experience.
- AI-savvy with hands-on HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools; experience supporting remote or distributed teams preferred.
