Role details
Senior people advisor providing strategic HR counsel to a multi-country African youth employment organization's executive team.
- Act as independent people business partner to CEO and exec team on org design, succession, and high-stakes people decisions.
- Translate employment law and global policy into practical options across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
- Coach team members through interpersonal dynamics and facilitate sessions to unblock organizational challenges.
- Shape internal communications on restructures, policy changes, and leadership transitions.
- Requires 8+ years in senior HR, people advisory, or organizational development roles with strong writing skills.
