Role details
Senior leadership role directing collaborative philanthropic funds and grantmaking portfolios to maximize lifetime earnings gains for economically disadvantaged populations.
- Develop, launch, and manage collaborative funds and grantmaking portfolios across their full lifecycle, from sourcing through deployment, grantee support, and continuous improvement.
- Build grantee support systems including cohort learning, coaching, and evidence-building services to strengthen organizational capacity and social return on investment.
- Cultivate relationships with foundations, family offices, donors, and strategic partners to secure external capital and identify co-investment opportunities.
- Represent the Foundation externally as a thought leader through conferences, publications, and strategic communications on philanthropy and economic mobility.
- Requires 12+ years in philanthropy, venture capital, impact investing, or related fields with demonstrated experience launching and scaling funds or capital deployment initiatives.
