- Build referral engine so half of hires come through referrals; own compensation narrative and close candidates despite lower industry salaries.
- Run recruitment events across India, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and the US; track metrics and iterate on process.
- Requires 5+ years recruiting technical roles with 2+ years in-house at a product company; strong Indian market sourcing essential.
