Communications Manager

• Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, and social media.
• Manage the organization's social media accounts, ensuring consistent tone, style, and posting cadence.
• Support press outreach by drafting media advisories, coordinating interviews, and tracking media coverage.
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and support organizational voice.

This role amplifies the voices of survivors and advances the global movement to end sexual and gender-based violence, contributing to a more inclusive and safer world.

• 6+ years of experience in nonprofit communications, journalism, media, or a related field.
• Experience creating communications strategy in the field of gender justice, preferably communications specific to sexual and gender-based violence.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business, TikTok, Mailchimp).
