Senior Development Manager

• Inform and execute the organization's fundraising efforts across individual, foundation, and corporate revenue streams.
• Support the development and implementation of an integrated annual fundraising plan.
• Manage grant and report development processes, including drafting proposals and reports.
• Serve as the primary administrator and expert user of EveryAction for donor management and reporting.

This role directly supports SIECUS's mission to advance equitable sex education and reproductive justice by securing the funding necessary to drive policy change, shape public narratives, and translate evidence into action.

• 7+ years of non-profit fundraising experience; individual giving experience required.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple revenue streams and meeting fundraising goals.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing EveryAction or comparable nonprofit CRM platforms.
