What you will drive

  • Develop and lead the organization's enterprise technology strategy, including long-term planning, roadmap development, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, information security, data protection, and technology risk management.
  • Direct enterprise technology initiatives, including software selections, systems implementations, and digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for responsible use of artificial intelligence and automation.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; 8-12 years of progressive experience in IT, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing technology teams and leading enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise technology strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and technology governance frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills; experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, AI tools, and project management platforms.

Starting salary range $110,000–$125,000 annually.
