Operations Roster – Freelancers

As a freelancer on the Operations Roster, you will:

• Support the delivery of Seefar's projects by ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant operations.
• Contribute to audits, finance management, operations systems, donor compliance, or entity governance depending on your profile.
• Help Seefar overcome bureaucratic challenges to achieve its mission.

By ensuring Seefar's operations run smoothly, you enable projects that digitalise return and reintegration services for migrants, develop referral platforms for vulnerable populations, build talent pipelines, and gamify educational outreach, contributing to stable and just communities.

We are looking for freelancers with the following profiles:

• Assistant – Audit: Supports audit lead and project managers in preparing audits. Minimum 2 years experience.
• Assistant – Finance: Assures proper management of project and entity finances. Minimum 2 years experience.
• Associate – Audit: Leads internal or external audit processes. Minimum 5 years experience.
• Specialist – Operations Systems: Designs templates, systems, automations for complex needs. Minimum 8 years experience.
• Specialist – Donor Compliance: Provides specialist advice on managing grants (EU, Member States, UK). Minimum 8 years experience.
• Specialist – Entity Governance: Provides specialist advice on running non-profit (Belgium, Sweden) and for-profit entities (Ireland, Hong Kong). Minimum 8 years experience.

Remote work with flexible hours. Competitive day rates (EUR): Assistant €70-120, Associate €120-280, Specialist €280-500. Seefar operates globally and does not weight rates by location. Freelancers must quote their own hourly and daily rates.
