Client Manager

• Cultivate strong client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives, and act as the main operational partner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Optimize internal operations for clients by assessing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions.
• Oversee people operations, accounting, and financial management for clients, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and identify opportunities for business development.

• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience leading complex operational or technical initiatives.
• Experience overseeing cross-functional operational tasks including financial operations, people operations, and general operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and provide quality client relationship management.
• Strong attention to detail, relational skills, and ability to educate clients on best practices.

Full-time position with salary of $110,000 - $125,000 annually, monthly home office stipend, 3 weeks accrued PTO, 13 paid holidays, unlimited sick leave, parental leave (12 weeks), medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K plan (no employer match), and a healthy work/life balance.
