Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the end-to-end learning experience within Workday Learning and support LinkedIn Learning
- Structure, organize, and govern learning content to support employee development and enable training insights
- Partner with Talent Development, HRIS, and business stakeholders to deploy learning programs across various modalities
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve experience and adoption

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or instructional design
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and enhancing learning experiences within Workday Learning
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, UX/UI principles, and instructional design best practices
- Experience using learning data and reporting to drive insights and improvements
