Mission
What you will drive
- Lead all site-based activities during construction, installation, testing and commissioning of major energy infrastructure projects.
- Plan and coordinate site delivery, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Act as Hitachi Energy's senior site representative, building relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and best practices.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities; knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multiple stakeholders; willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
