Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the development and implementation of project HSE strategies, ensuring health, safety, and environmental excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with customers during tender phases, interpreting HSE requirements and preparing high-quality HSE tender documentation.
  • Manage project HSE budgets, resources, and documentation, including Project HSE Plans and Emergency Preparedness & Response Plans.
  • Champion compliance with legal, contractual, and company HSE requirements while driving a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Recognised HSE qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent), with Level 6 preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar HSE role within large-scale project environments.
  • Strong understanding of HSE management within engineering, construction, infrastructure, power, or utilities sectors.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001; Internal Auditor certification advantageous; formal Incident Investigation training.
