Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions, including data models, semantic layers, and interactive dashboards.
• Implement Microsoft Fabric components and apply Medallion architecture principles to deliver scalable, governed analytics.
• Develop standardized financial reporting frameworks and lead FP&A modernization through automation and AI-assisted analytics.
• Serve as a primary analytics partner to leaders across Finance & Operations, facilitating requirements gathering and KPI definition.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, FP&A analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, semantic model design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Direct Lake, Lakehouse, or modern data architecture.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and experience analyzing revenue, margin, product/category performance, and operational KPIs.
