Power Systems Engineer (USA)

• Design, build, test, and iterate on Piq Energy's core autonomous grid planning product.
• Manage grid data and models, support the power system analytics team and users.

This role accelerates the transition to a cleaner, more reliable grid by automating grid planning, enabling faster integration of renewable energy sources.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in roles at a utility, system operator, or engineering consultancy.
• High interconnection fluency and understanding of grid planning standards.
• Hands-on experience with power system analysis tools (e.g., PSSE, TARA, PowerWorld) and Python.

Base pay range: $180,000 – $200,000 per year.
