What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a clear vision for the customer/partner experience from installation through ongoing engagement, advocating for simplicity and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Diagnose customer journeys and workflows to identify friction points and root causes across teams, tools, and processes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Operations, and Customer teams on priorities, tradeoffs, and experience standards.
- Shape solutions and drive implementation of processes and systems, including hands-on work with CRM, automation workflows, and AI-enabled tools.

- Comfortable driving ambiguous, cross-functional work with strong facilitation and communication skills.
