Job description
Role details
Design and conduct statistical analyses for vaccine clinical trials, primarily oral polio vaccine studies across Phase 1–3 development.
- Lead statistical design of OPV/nOPV trials: sample size, randomization, interim analyses, and DSMB support.
- Develop statistical analysis plans, analyze trial data (immunogenicity, safety, shedding), and draft clinical study reports.
- Oversee statistical CRO partners; review protocols, Investigator's Brochures, and regulatory submissions for scientific validity.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in biostatistics or statistics; 5+ years supporting clinical research with vaccine trial experience preferred.
- Advanced SAS and R programming; ability to travel 10–15% and work across US and international sites.
