Senior Learning and Development Partner

• Own and manage the management learning program portfolio, including end-to-end operational execution, content design, logistics, and delivery.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning programs for managers up to Senior Directors, primarily in the US and Canada.
• Integrate AI into instructional design and management development solutions to keep curriculum modern and progressive.
• Conduct needs analysis and program evaluation to drive continuous improvement.

This role develops managers and directors, enhancing leadership capabilities and fostering an inclusive culture, which directly contributes to organizational effectiveness and employee growth at Workiva.

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development with focus on program management, facilitation, coaching, and program design.
• 2+ years of managing people.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Coaching certification preferred; ability to strategically apply AI tools.

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
