Senior Platform Product Manager

• Define and execute the product vision for SmartRent's platform integration with business systems, owning billing portals, customer success tooling, and commissioning.
• Own the customer journey from contract execution through go-live, eliminating manual steps and driving toward self-service readiness.
• Own the end-to-end installer workflow and third-party system integrations (PMS, ERP, CRM) defining data flows and API standards.
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear PRDs with acceptance criteria and success metrics, aligning cross-functional teams.

By streamlining platform operations and integrations, this role enables SmartRent to deliver smarter rental housing solutions that reduce costs and improve resident experiences, contributing to more efficient and sustainable property management.

• 5-7 years of product management experience with platform, infrastructure, or operational tools in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency with API design, integration architecture, and middleware patterns.
• Experience reducing operational complexity through product thinking and turning manual processes into scalable capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and customer support platforms.
