Principal Product Manager

• Own product execution end to end, from talking to hardware engineers to writing specs and PRDs, and working daily with engineering to ship.
• Run discovery across early adopter programs, turning real hardware workflows into product features.
• Drive the roadmap and hit dates by setting realistic timelines and delivering consistently.
• Prototype and demo early, iterate based on user feedback.

This role creates positive change by building the first AI-powered platform for hardware product development, enabling teams to reduce costly handoff errors and accelerate innovation in manufacturing and engineering.

• Direct experience running hardware program execution (NPI, hardware PM, systems/EE lead, or PM in hardware development).
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience taking a new product from blank page to shipped.
• Excellent written communication and deadline discipline.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work.
