Senior Health Security Specialist

Lead health security initiatives across surveillance, preparedness, and response domains while managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and donor relationships.
- Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for health security projects aligned with national priorities and donor requirements.
- Lead day-to-day project operations, budgets, work plans, and supervise teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Serve as primary liaison with donors, government officials, and partners; represent PATH in high-level meetings and policy dialogues.
- Lead proposal development, concept notes, and donor reports; identify funding opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Requires 15+ years in public health program management, health security, or emergency preparedness with strong proposal writing and team leadership experience.
