Role details
Build operational infrastructure and serve as founding leadership for a new nonprofit focused on AI-enabled biological risk governance.
- Join as an early employee to establish benefits, accounting, HR, policies, and vendor relationships from the ground up.
- Partner with the Executive Director to pressure-test priorities, surface hard truths, and shift from founder-led to distributed execution.
- Manage the transition from LLC to 501c3 nonprofit status while maintaining compliance and governance practices.
- Requires experience building something start-to-finish and operating independently in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Nonprofit or startup operations experience strongly preferred; excellent written and verbal communication essential.
