Role details
Lead strategy and execution of working groups addressing intentional misuse risks from AI-enabled biological tools at a new nonprofit.
- Turn R-ABC's strategic aims into practical workplans, timelines, and deliverables; manage senior stakeholders from AI labs, biotech, and policy organizations.
- Spot and address threats to member engagement, stakeholder trust, and workstream coherence; collaborate with outside technical experts to produce high-quality outputs.
- Represent R-ABC in direct engagement with senior external participants; earn trust through preparation, discretion, and credibility.
- Requires significant experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with senior external participants and strong program or project management skills.
- Requires familiarity with AI, frontier technology, cybersecurity, platform governance, or emerging technology policy; early-stage startup experience preferred.
