Mission
What you will drive
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP, maintaining ownership of underlying records and reconciliations.
- Manage restricted fund reporting, reconcile restricted net assets, and coordinate with Development and Program Finance.
- Oversee accounting for the Canada affiliate, including GST filings and board financial reports.
- Supervise and mentor two accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in accounting or finance; minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years supervising direct reports.
- Minimum 5 years of non-profit fund accounting experience with hands-on management of restricted net assets.
- Experience coordinating or preparing Form 990 and 990T filings.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MIP, and accounting software; strong analytical and communication skills.
