Job description
- In this role, you'll own participant selection for the Impact Accelerator Program, which currently limits our program's scale.
- Lead the IAP selection process from applications through recorded interviews to final placement decisions.
- Use data from past rounds to identify signals that predict successful career transitions and refine the selection process.
- Support HIP's hiring rounds including screening, test tasks, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience and receive guidance on their next steps.
