Job description
- In this role, you'll scale HIP's impact as Chief of Staff or Managing Director on a small, high-trust team.
- Execute high-priority projects end to end, from hiring rounds to conferences to strategic analysis.
- Support the Executive Director's external work with research, briefs and logistical coordination.
- Turn decisions into action by preparing meetings, triaging requests and ensuring follow-through.
- Build shared context by documenting strategy, relationships and decisions as HIP scales from 5 to 14 people.
