Job description
- In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment operations for Impact Ops and multiple clients.
- Design, document, and continuously improve recruitment processes and assessment frameworks.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and early-stage evaluation to identify strong candidates.
- Manage candidate communications and coordinate interviews to ensure positive hiring experiences.
- Track candidates and roles in ATS systems while identifying process improvements and inefficiencies.
