Job description
- In this role, you'll build systems enabling HIP's growth while leading the transition to independent 501(c)(3) status.
- Lead HIP's move to 501(c)(3) independence, including banking, accounting, payroll, insurance and legal compliance.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit-readiness, supporting multi-year planning as the organisation scales.
- Develop people operations systems for an international remote team, including contracts and policies.
- Design automated processes using AI tools that minimise oversight.
