What you will drive
Build and lead relationship-based recruitment pipelines to identify and engage high school and university students for animal advocacy fellowship programs.
- Develop recruitment systems, prospect lists, and outreach strategies; conduct direct outreach, information sessions, and campus engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective applicants, educators, student organizations, and movement partners to support pipeline growth.
- Evaluate recruitment effectiveness using data on pipeline strength, prospect conversion, and outreach channel performance.
- Requires significant experience in recruitment, organizing, outreach, sales, or partnership development with proven results.
- Requires shared vegan and anti-speciesist values; ability to attend annual in-person team meeting in early June.
