Job description
Lead growth marketing and communications strategy for a Latin American farmed animal advocacy organization, building campaigns and digital systems to convert millions into activists.
- Create high-impact public campaigns with multiple peaks yearly, designed for emotional resonance and low industry defensibility.
- Own digital marketing funnel: lead generation, content strategy across Portuguese and Spanish platforms, and opt-in list growth.
- Build and manage creator affiliate programs to amplify campaigns and grow supporter base.
- Requires fluency in Portuguese or Spanish, proven audience or list growth to six figures, and daily AI tool proficiency.
- Deeply motivated by ending industrial animal exploitation; comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one startup-style work.
