Job description

Lead technology strategy, cybersecurity, and Salesforce implementation for a fully remote 80+ person nonprofit organization.
- Set organizational technology roadmap, oversee cybersecurity and data governance, and manage AI tool adoption policies and frameworks.
- Direct Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year implementation; manage infrastructure, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Supervise Technology Manager and Database Administrator; develop department budget and foster collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
- Requires 7+ years technology experience with 3+ years supervisory background; strong Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity knowledge essential.
- Legal services or nonprofit sector experience strongly preferred; bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent required.
