Job description
Role details
Support delivery of AI governance training programmes and biannual summits, managing logistics, candidate selection, and programme operations.
- Vet fellowship applicants, conduct interviews, and support training delivery including workshops and speaker coordination.
- Organize biannual Talos Summit in Brussels: venue, travel, accommodation, budget management, and on-site coordination.
- Build training materials, manage programme content, and maintain fellow records and outcome data in CRM systems.
- Requires experience with CRMs (Folk, Notion, Airtable), budget tracking, and organizing complex events.
- Requires foundational AI policy knowledge and enthusiasm for supporting early-career talent in European AI governance.
