Operations Lead

Lead operations for a growing AI governance capacity-building organization, managing finance, grants, data systems, and processes to enable programme teams to focus on fellows and partners.
- Oversee monthly financial accounting, payroll, expense processing, and end-of-year filing; facilitate annual budgeting.
- Execute and monitor grant agreements for compliance; coordinate data collection for monitoring, evaluation and learning.
- Maintain operational tools (Coda, Folk, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack) and steward recurring team processes like goal-setting and appraisals.
- Requires 5+ years leading operations or an operations function while a mission-driven organization scaled.
- High agency, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to hold multiple competing priorities essential.
