Role details

Manage operations and mentee support for a large AI safety research fellowship, helping 800+ participants engage with cutting-edge research and safety concepts.
- Handle scheduling, communications, deadlines, and logistics across mentors and mentees each round.
- Support mentees through Slack, email, office hours, and 1:1s; flag and address engagement issues.
- Design and deliver workshops, programming, and Demo Day events to deepen mentees' AI safety understanding.
- Requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and high agency; AI safety context and mentoring experience valued.
- Remote role with 3–6 annual trips to US conferences and optional work from AI safety hubs.
