Power BI & Power Platform Developer (MEL Data Officer)

• Design and maintain data pipelines, automated reporting systems, and analytical solutions to enhance MEL data quality, accessibility, and interoperability.
• Build standardized data models, maintain Dataverse structures, implement ETL processes, and develop Power BI dashboards for monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with MEL teams, program teams, and IS/IT to ensure reliable and efficient MEL data systems aligned with global reporting requirements.

This role strengthens Orbis's ability to deliver sight-saving programs by ensuring high-quality data and insights, enabling effective monitoring and evaluation of global health interventions.

• Expertise in Power BI, Dataverse, SQL, Python, Azure Synapse, Power Automate, and data engineering.
• Experience with data integration across systems and countries.
• Ability to provide high-level technical support, training, and troubleshooting to MEL stakeholders globally.
