What you will drive
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, communications, travel, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate executive operations, prepare briefing materials, and track follow-up items to ensure timely execution of organizational priorities.
- Serve as a trusted partner in managing sensitive information, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting special projects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; at least 3 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- Detail- and deadline-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities; comfortable in environments involving public health, healthcare, science, advocacy, media, or government relations.
- Proactive, independent, with exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship management skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
