Executive Director — National Neutropenia Network Part-Time (approx 20+ hrs/week) | Remote (U.S.) | Some travel required The National Neutropenia Network (NNN) is seeking a part-time executive level leader for our small but growing nonprofit, which supports patients and families affected by neutropenia, a rare condition that impairs the body's ability to fight infection. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director is a highly independent operational and strategic leader, setting direction for NNN's programs, partnerships, and growth – working with the Board to translate vision into action, identifying and recommending new opportunities to expand our reach and impact. This is a visible, externally facing leadership role. The Executive Director represents NNN, working directly with patients, healthcare providers, donors, and pharmaceutical partners, and serves as a strategic advisor to the Board. You'll lead: Organizational strategy and day-to-day operations Programming, including our Ambassador and Peer Support programs Fundraising and partnerships (grants, donor relations, sponsorships) NNN's biennial Family Retreat and other signature events Communications and public visibility for NNN's mission You bring: nonprofit, healthcare, or advocacy leadership experience; strong relationship-building and communication skills; and the independence and judgment to move ideas from concept to execution.
