Senior Advancement Director, Carolinas Chapter

• Lead the Carolinas Chapter to achieve revenue targets through fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and Ambassador/board development.
• Drive mission delivery by expanding education, outreach, and community partnerships across North and South Carolina.
• Develop and oversee the Chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson’s disease by funding critical research and expanding access to care and support services across the Carolinas.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of fundraising experience, preferably in a healthcare nonprofit.
• Proven track record in special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, and volunteer development.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team management skills (managing teams of 2+).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in MS Office and Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred.

Competitive salary ($75,000–$85,000) plus comprehensive benefits package. Remote position within the Carolinas with up to 30% travel.
