Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the Carolinas Chapter to achieve revenue targets through fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and Ambassador/board development.
- Drive mission delivery by expanding education, outreach, and community partnerships across North and South Carolina.
- Develop and oversee the Chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of fundraising experience, preferably in a healthcare nonprofit.
- Proven track record in special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, and volunteer development.
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team management skills (managing teams of 2+).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in MS Office and Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred.
