Director of Corporate Relations

• Manage a portfolio of major corporate donors, soliciting and closing gifts ranging from $200,000 to $2,000,000.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate donor prospects ($50,000+) in pharmaceutical, biotech, and related industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop corporate engagement strategies and funding opportunities.
• Oversee the Corporate Matching Gift program and submit grant proposals to corporate foundations.

This role directly supports the American College of Rheumatology's mission by securing corporate funding that fuels research, education, and advocacy to improve the lives of people with rheumatic diseases.

• BA/BS plus 8 years of direct major gift fundraising experience, or MS/MA/MBA/JD with 5 years, or 12+ years without a degree.
• Proven success in securing gifts of $1M+ from C-suite and community relations donors, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Raiser's Edge database (preferred) and Microsoft Office.
