Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of major corporate donors, soliciting and closing gifts ranging from $200,000 to $2,000,000.
- Identify and cultivate new corporate donor prospects ($50,000+) in pharmaceutical, biotech, and related industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop corporate engagement strategies and funding opportunities.
- Oversee the Corporate Matching Gift program and submit grant proposals to corporate foundations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BA/BS plus 8 years of direct major gift fundraising experience, or MS/MA/MBA/JD with 5 years, or 12+ years without a degree.
- Proven success in securing gifts of $1M+ from C-suite and community relations donors, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Raiser's Edge database (preferred) and Microsoft Office.
