Job description
Operational backbone role managing projects, platforms, and member support for a global animal protection coalition of 80+ organizations.
- Independently manage OWA Mentorship Program and Virtual Training Academy; coordinate member onboarding, events, and operational tasks.
- Maintain digital platforms (Salesforce, Strapi, Mailchimp, Vimeo, Slack) including user access, data quality, and troubleshooting.
- Design and analyze biannual membership surveys; gather and synthesize data from multiple sources into strategic reports.
- Coordinate global member communications including monthly newsletters, success stories, and responsive support via general inbox.
- Requires strong project management, technology proficiency, data analysis skills, and ability to work independently across competing priorities.
