Execute data collection, quality assurance, and process improvements for a vaccination reminder program scaling across Nigeria.
- Review health worker data submissions, audit program implementation, and produce reports to ensure data quality and program effectiveness.
- Oversee digitization of health records by reviewing photos, managing data entry staff, and resolving discrepancies before caregiver enrollment.
- Train field staff on SurveyCTO data collection and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Requires 3+ years hands-on M&E or program analytics experience in health or development; strong Google Sheets proficiency essential.
- Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, social sciences, or related field; fluency in Nigerian Pidgin required.
