Job description

In this role, you'll lead monitoring and evaluation systems for a nonprofit improving child immunization rates in Nigeria through data-driven approaches.
Execute core data workflows, processing diverse sources to ensure accurate caregiver enrollment in vaccination reminder systems.
Improve MEL systems through documentation, automation, and refined data collection processes.
Conduct analyses to answer program questions and develop dashboards that support decision-making.
Manage a team of MEL Officers, providing coaching and maintaining high data quality standards.
