Mission
What you will drive
As a Land Release Technical Field Manager, you will support the safe implementation of explosive hazard mitigation activities in line with international standards.
- Conduct Explosive Hazard Assessments (EHA), including survey, classification and reporting. Plan and implement EOD operations in line with international standards. Support humanitarian access operations, including route verification and area assessments. Contribute to damage and debris-related safety assessments. Participate in quality control (QC) activities. Conduct safety checks of humanitarian premises and operational sites. Deliver explosive hazard risk awareness briefings to humanitarian personnel. Safely identify, mark, isolate and report explosive hazards in accordance with procedures.
- Coordinate with humanitarian actors and operational stakeholders. Contribute to safe access and information-sharing mechanisms. Represent technical activities at field level when required.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- A minimum of 11 years of military/police/mine action experience and 3 years of Humanitarian Mine Action experience, including: Land Release, Non-Technical Surveys (NTS), Technical Survey (TS), Battle Area Clearance (BAC), and minimum 3 years Explosive Ordnance Disposal experience, including: EOD (single, multi, bulk), Air-dropped munitions.
- EOD Level 3+ certification (mandatory). Experience using information management systems (e.g., IMSMA or equivalent). Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic an asset.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-risk environments, with resilience, adaptability, strong coordination and communication skills, collaborative team-oriented approach, integrity, professionalism, and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
