Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and represent CWS's EPRR strategy within the assigned region, serving as primary point of contact for external relationships.
- Develop understanding of unique challenges and needs of CWS offices and communities, proposing appropriate solutions and implementing EPRR interventions.
- Conduct ongoing preparedness training, provide resources, and develop network connections in vulnerable communities.
- Deploy to impacted communities to support response and recovery efforts, providing guidance and technical assistance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in social services, disaster management, human rights, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in disaster programming, including emergency response from preparedness to recovery.
- Extensive knowledge of US disaster response mechanisms and services at local, state, and federal levels.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media.
