Mission
What you will drive
- Lead development, advancement, and fundraising strategy aligned with GHP's vision and mission.
- Establish measurable fundraising goals, track progress, and identify mission-aligned funding sources.
- Deepen relationships with existing donors, grow a recurring donor base, and manage a portfolio of major donors.
- Plan and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives, and ensure compliant gift processing and stewardship.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant nonprofit fundraising experience may substitute.
- Experience in donor communication, development, fundraising systems, and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with donor management software.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills; self-starter with organizational abilities.
