Executive Director of Donor Development

• Lead development, advancement, and fundraising strategy aligned with GHP's vision and mission.
• Establish measurable fundraising goals, track progress, and identify mission-aligned funding sources.
• Deepen relationships with existing donors, grow a recurring donor base, and manage a portfolio of major donors.
• Plan and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives, and ensure compliant gift processing and stewardship.

This role directly supports Global Hope Partners' mission to serve vulnerable communities in South Asia by securing the resources needed for humanitarian aid, education, and community development programs, thereby creating lasting positive change.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant nonprofit fundraising experience may substitute.
• Experience in donor communication, development, fundraising systems, and execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with donor management software.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills; self-starter with organizational abilities.

Part-time remote position (approximately 15-20 hours/week). Opportunity to contribute to meaningful ministry work. No salary mentioned.
