Web Developer / Programmer Digital Referral System – Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Design and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a secure, web-based digital referral system for the Syria Joint Response (SJR) consortium. The system will enable efficient referral management, tracking, and reporting across consortium partners operating in Northwest and Northeast Syria, strengthening inter-partner referrals and laying the foundation for future expansion.

This role directly enhances the effectiveness of humanitarian aid in Syria by enabling seamless referrals among consortium partners, ensuring vulnerable individuals receive timely and appropriate services, and improving coordination and accountability in a complex emergency response.

• Proven experience as a web developer or software developer, with a strong portfolio of building web applications.
• Expertise in full-stack development, including frontend and backend technologies, database design, and API integration.
• Experience developing secure, user-friendly platforms, preferably for humanitarian or non-profit contexts.
• Ability to work independently and deliver a functional MVP within a defined timeline (August–December 2026).

This is a consultancy contract with a defined scope and timeline. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful humanitarian cause and to build a scalable digital solution with potential for long-term impact.
