Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical and managerial support, quality assurance, mentoring, and supervision for protection programs in Sudan, Myanmar, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.
- Support the design and implementation of integrated General Protection, Child Protection, and GBV programs, including case management, Cash for Protection, psychosocial support, and referral pathways.
- Develop and adapt guidelines, SOPs, and tools; provide training and coaching to country teams; and promote protection mainstreaming across sectors.
- Support proposals, monitoring tools, workplans, and M&E plans; contribute to donor reports and thematic reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs or masterโs degree in social sciences, law, international development, gender studies, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the protection sector, with at least 3 years with international NGOs or the UN in displacement/emergency contexts.
- Demonstrated experience in case management related to GBV, child protection, or protection in humanitarian contexts.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and independently; excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
