Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and draft project proposals for major Italian and international donors (ECHO, INTPA, AICS, US and European government agencies) in both development and emergency contexts.
- Oversee the entire project design process: developing project concepts, defining logical frameworks, drafting texts, preparing budgets, establishing monitoring plans, and finalizing documents per donor guidelines.
- Conduct field missions abroad for needs assessments and project design, and support the setup and supervision of strategic ongoing projects.
- Prepare formal documentation for proposals and contribute to intermediate and final narrative reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree with training/specialization in Project Cycle Management (PCM).
- At least 3 years of experience in designing multisectoral international cooperation projects (emergency and development).
- In-depth knowledge of proposal writing methodologies (PCM, Logical Framework, Theory of Change) and all phases of project design and cycle management.
- Proven experience with major institutional donors (ECHO, INTPA, AICS, US/European agencies); excellent command of Italian and English; strong budget development skills; availability to travel.
